Terms and conditions
The full terms are being finalized. The booking, deposit, weather and cancellation terms that apply to every trip today are set out below.
Booking and deposit
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 72 hours before the tour. Prices are in US dollars and 13% Costa Rican tax is added.
Weather
Your captain makes the final decision on safe operating conditions. If weather requires us to cancel, we work with you to adjust the departure time or reschedule, and if neither works you receive a full refund.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7 to 30 days before are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Within 7 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.
